Changes Are Good

        Changes are good, when the old one is outdated(spoiled) and filled with flaws.

        (^_^)   We are intelligent people, so do not afraid of changes. (^_^)

Yikes~!

          Normally, people say that I'm thin and tall. My height is 178.5 cm and weight approx 65 - 68 kg.
          These days i ate a lot too. All these days, a lot of routine in my schedule (i mean after work), don't thought of it as hectic, but really enjoyable anyway. Since i've been giving out more, they say my face don't look thin anymore, more "chubby" with meat. And the more i give out, the more I save my money. Strange eh.............
          By the way, they say i look better now with the face with a bit more meat now. (No one wants to look tall but very skinny, that looks like can be blown away by wind).

          Thank God.

Simple Principles That Can Change Your Mindset Structure

1. We have heard before, Fail To Plan, is Planning to fail, what if you have done your best and manage it well? Therefore be prepared to fail!

2. 'I desire mercy, not sacrifice'. Look beyond people's need to take care of others.

3. If you want the people to treat you the way that they want to treat you, treat them the way that you want them to treat you.

4. Once plan, go for it without hesitation(I learn from a board game of Monopoly), i forgot about the principles in it, i was just being reminded just a few moments ago.

5. Look forward, not backwards, look outwards toward your goal, no inward, actions are more than words alone, it will cure your emotional problem, if you have emotional problem.

From Worst To First

   From Worst to First, Zero to Hero, "Ham Yu Fan Sang" (Dried Salted Fish revived and alive again;Cantonese); how many of us heard of these phrases, and how many of us acknowledge there's a wisdom and power to do so? Generally, most people thought it is coincidence miracle given to a certain person when they fallen. Not so, or not quite so.

   In every company, the first priority of all is to get the right and accurate information to all the members or subordinates, in another word, emphasizing and materialize the law of communication. Communication is not a standalone byproduct, but a both way win-win situation where both gets feedback and acknowledgment, agree and disagree, together serving for a single purpose. In any leadership, it rises and falls on leadership. Every civilization also starts from communication. Today, everyone regards information as precious or worth more than gold.

   The first principle to discard from bring the worst, get it right with the connectivity of communication.

Who Controls It?

       Cyclone Narqis had just recently swept across the nation of Myanmar, which reported from Reuters, 10,000 has been killed and some 3000 people had gone missing. Some of my Myanmese friends where their hometowns were affected especially those which their family are in Yangon. They tried to call back to their family for their well being but to no avail because of communication break down. The cyclone has blown over more than 160 km/hour for few days until the border of Thailand and causes a big destruction.

        This is the first time I am serving in the Mission At the Doorstep, and I don't know how much I can do to calm the friends that have been affected, but I believe, all these are not in our hands, and not our plan, but I believe it is a divine intervention.

       Sometimes, death is just knocking in a second step ahead of life. Reminding me to live today like tomorrow is my last. At the end, we all knows, who actually controls all these? We know the answer, we shouldn't be negative about it, but of course some will not think this way, because some of us never felt the hurt of losing our loves one, but when it comes, what they and we want are answers. It isn't answers we suppose to get, but to know our lives are just as vulnerable as anybody else, I may die tomorrow, who knows? We should enjoy and appreciate each other and do to our best in that every second. There is a time for everything.

      Even the crude oil prices are increasing, and the chain reaction to it causes the food price to increase also, not only the crude oil factor, but also the weather factor around the world causes lack of food consumption. Who controls it? 

     We should have appreciate and know how not to take granted for what we have. He who is ubiquitous shall dwell in everything on this, but some of the factors are man-made which is absolutely ridiculous to point finger on Him. Ozone layer depleting? Global-warming effect? There are times people think the only way to solve human problems is to wipe out the existence of human race, but that would be a maniac(PSYCHO) to do so, as we live because of His grace and His mercy.

    I'm going to buy a bicycle by this month rather than all the time purchasing petrol for driving , since the prices of everything in inflating especially petrol and food. Back in Penang, the curry noodles of a certain stall has raised up 50 cents. Well, it will affect the other stall also in a short time.

   We thought we can control everything on this earth, the biggest mistake of all!

   Sometimes it is just pissing us off to talk about humanity which doesn't show any signs of humanity. Sigh*.... Mercy on us all.
